Delivery Coverage

We proudly offer delivery services to all locations across Bangladesh. Whether you are in a major city or a remote area, we are committed to getting your order to you.

Shipping Timelines & Processing

We understand you’re excited to receive your items, and we work hard to dispatch them as quickly as possible.

• Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

• Delivery Inside Dhaka: For deliveries within the Dhaka metropolitan area, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

• Delivery Outside Dhaka: For all other locations across Bangladesh, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Please Note:

• A business day excludes Fridays and national holidays.

• While we partner with reliable courier services, unforeseen circumstances such as logistical challenges or severe weather may cause minor delays. We will always keep you informed if such situations arise.

• You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

We strive to keep our shipping costs fair and transparent.

• Inside Dhaka: A standard delivery charge of BDT 60 applies.

• Outside Dhaka: A standard delivery charge of BDT 100 applies.

The final shipping cost will be calculated automatically at the checkout page based on your delivery address. We may occasionally offer promotional free shipping on orders over a certain value.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, we offer a variety of secure payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash to the delivery agent when you receive your order.

• Online Payment: We accept secure payments through Mobile Financial Services (like bKash, Nagad) and credit/debit cards.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. This allows you to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
